Strength Training is the backbone to any workout program. Using a mix of free weights, machines, and balance training you’ll get a full body workout that will strengthen your core muscles you use in everyday life. We won’t be focusing on just those glamor muscles but not to worry those Bi’s and Glutes will still look great!

Whether it’s your first 5K or first Triathlon our performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands.

Group Boot Camp

Boot Camp or as I like to call it adult PE should be as fun as it is challenging . During this class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks. Best done with a couple or group of friends.

Fat Burning

3500 is everyone’s number it’s the amount of calories in a pound. Together will develop a weekly training and nutrition schedule to burn fat and add muscles to start ripping 3500’s off your body.

 

HIIT Training

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. HIIT helps burn a lot of calories in a shorter amount of time.
